1. About Vyomina Minds

Vyomina Minds is an educational initiative fully owned and operated by Birar Digital Panchayat. We provide AI-powered, WhatsApp-based learning services for K-12 students, primarily in Class 5 and Class 8 (CBSE & RBSE boards).

2. Eligibility

• Our services are intended for students enrolled in Class 1–12 in India
• Students under 13 must have parental/guardian consent to use the service
• By registering, parents/guardians confirm they consent to their child's use
• You must provide accurate information during registration

3. Service Description

Vyomina Minds provides:

• Daily AI-generated lessons via WhatsApp, aligned with NCERT/CBSE/RBSE curriculum
• Interactive quizzes with XP, coins, and leaderboard features
• Weekly automated progress reports for parents
• Free and paid subscription tiers (Free / Pro / Premium)
• A 24/7 AI-powered doubt-solving assistant (tier-dependent)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share, redistribute, or sell our lesson content without written permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier
• Send spam or abusive messages to the Vyomina bot

5. Subscription & Payments

• A free tier is available with limited content access
• Paid plans (Pro: ₹149/month, Premium: ₹349/month) unlock full content
• Payments are processed via approved payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI)
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if no lessons have been accessed
• Prices are subject to change with 15-day advance notice via WhatsApp

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Vyomina Minds — including lessons, quizzes, images, and the WhatsApp bot — is the exclusive intellectual property of Birar Digital Panchayat. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vyomina Minds is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, specific academic outcomes, or exam scores. Our content supplements — but does not replace — formal schooling and qualified teachers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Birar Digital Panchayat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
